This is a group for folks interested in talking about and getting specific about staying in our homes and aging in place.
Guest Speaker- Teressa Sivers:
The Finger Lakes Independence Center (FLIC) loans and advises on physical aids from wheelchairs to shower stools. Teressa Sivers, its NY Connects specialist, will explain how FLIC's Registry of personal aides works, and wht NY Connects can do for us. We hope it will all help us weave safety nets for staying in our own homes.
