Book Discussion Group

On Monday, February 12^th, we will continue our discussion of The Covenant of Water by Abraham Verghese: https://groveatlantic.com/book/covenant-of-water/. This monumental, multigenerational family saga covers the years from 1900-1977 and is set in Kerala on South India's Malabar coast. The book deals with themes of love, faith, tradition, medicine, colonialism, and class. People are welcome to join, even if they couldn't attend the January meeting.
