Betsy Schermerhorn has agreed to lead the walk to explore the paths at Kendal where she worked for a number of years. The walk will last about an hour. Directions will follow. The paved walk around the Ring Road is approximately 1.1 miles. There is a secondary inner loop that adds another 1/3 mile. Grades are easy. In reliable weather there are also natural trails.
If anyone is interested in staying for lunch, Kendal's new cafe is open.
Please let me know if you will be joining the group. As usual, if the walk needs to be cancelled or moved inside to the Shops at the Ithaca Mall, you will be contacted by 9:30 AM on the day of the walk. So far the weather looks like spring for Monday.

DIRECTIONS:
Kendal is on North Triphammer Road between the Triphammer Shopping Center and Community Corners.
From Route 13, exit at Triphammer Road. Go south toward Community Corners.
If coming from the south, take Triphammer Road north from Community Corners.
Upon entering the campus, turn right at the stop sign.
Turn into the third driveway on your left. It may have some construction parts in it. This is where you will meet Betsy.
If you get to the driveway for Parking Lot 6, you’ve gone too far.
