The sun is shining and the blizzard is over for now.  Monday's weather looks favorable to walk outside on the East Ithaca Recreation Way from Game Farm Road to Pine Tree Road.  Parking is limited.  Carpool if possible.  Directions follow.

Come at the last minute if your plans change.  I will let you know by 9:30 AM if the walk has to be cancelled or changed to the Shops at the Ithaca Mall

Directions:

Take Dryden Road, Route 366, from the intersection with Pine Tree Road going toward Varna.

Pass the Cornell Vet School and Parking Lot B on the left.

Go straight at the stoplight at Caldwell Road and Palm Road.

Turn right on Game Farm Road.  Go down the hill.  Parking is on the right.  We will meet there.  

If you want a slightly longer walk, turn left from Game Farm onto Stevenson Road, then left onto the first dirt road that leads to the Dryden Rail Trail/Cornell solar farm.  Park on the right close to Stevenson Road.  Follow the trail toward the parking area on Game Farm Road.
