Our next walk will be on the very pleasant South Hill Recreation Way.  The path is easy, flat, wide, and unpaved with lots of trees for shade along the way.  We will walk for about an hour, more or less.  Your choice.  You may want to bring insect repellent.  We will meet at the bottom of Juniper Drive off Coddington Road.  Directions follow.

As usual, if the walk needs to be cancelled or changed to the Shops at the Ithaca Mall, I will email by 9:30 AM on the day of the walk.

Directions:

There are many ways to reach Coddington Road.  Let me know if you need more detailed directions.

From downtown Ithaca, take South Aurora Street up the hill toward Ithaca College.

Turn left at either Columbia Street (one way) or Hillview Place at the stoplight.  

Go one block and turn right onto Hudson Street.  That becomes Coddington Road.

From Hudson Street on South Hill, merge onto Coddington Road.

On the right, pass the back entrance to Ithaca College (Grant Egbert Boulevard).

At the next left, turn onto Juniper Drive, a very short street that goes downhill.

Park in the diagonal spaces near the intersection with the South Hill Recreation Trail or on the side of the street before the diagonal spaces.
