1. 1. Why is our region notoriously known to be the hardest in the country to forecast? I’ve heard an explanation but would like to hear yours.
   2. Is it true that in our region, especially Syracuse, the amount of cloudy days equals or even surpasses that of Seattle’s?
   3. Ithaca seems a fairly "safe " location as far as avoiding major natural disasters, not counting snowstorms. What about earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, and fires?
