The Film Fest group selects a film that participants then view on their own ready to discuss the film during the film fest program time. Members will receive the Zoom link in their daily event e-mail. Call the office if you cannot locate the link at (607)319-0162.

September film: A Separation (2011)

The 2011 drama A Separation "focuses on an Iranian middle-class couple who separate, the disappointment and desperation suffered by their daughter due to the egotistical disputes and separation of her parents, and the conflicts that arise when the husband hires a lower-class caregiver for his elderly father, who has Alzheimer's disease." (Wikipedia) The film received a 99% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It can be viewed on Hulu, Disney, Youtube, Amazon Prime, Apple, GooglePlay.
