Optional CSP Management Add-On:
LLH Members can choose to pay $25/month as a Property Management fee, giving you preferred access to CSP Management handyman services for a deeply reduced hourly rate. The reduced hourly rate with the add-on is $55/hr for weekday hours (normally $75-$95/hour), and $82.50 for weekends/holidays (normally $112-$143/hour)! There is a $15 visit fee to cover travel expenses.
If you were a trial member, you would be eligible once you’ve completed your trial membership and become a year long LLH member. The CSP Management agreement would be for a full year, just like your LLH membership.
You can contact CSP Management directly for additional information about the contract and what services they offer. If you wish to opt-in, you can get the contract on the LLH website or contact the LLH office and we will send it to you. Please note: once you sign it you will send it to the CSP office.
Handyman Services
Included in $55 hourly rate ($82.50 on weekends/holidays)
There is an additional $15 visit fee that covers travel expenses.
There is a one hour minimum for business hours. There is a two hour minimum for non business hours.
We encourage you to create a “laundry list” of projects and have multiple tasks completed.
Please provide materials for replacement projects (ex. light switch cover, paint)

-Changing fire alarm and carbon monoxide batteries

-Hanging bird feeders
-Hanging flood lights
-Hanging photos or frames
-House checks
-Light fixture replacement
-Light plumbing (leaks, plunging)
-Light switch replacements
-Mailbox installation
-Moving or assembling furniture
-Mowing
-Oiling hinges
-Outlet replacement
-Paint touch ups
-Porch stair replacements
-Power washing
-Putting in an air conditioner
-Refinishing
-Replacing door handles or knobs
-Replacing light switch covers
-Sanding
-Snow removal
-Storm window installation
-Sweeping tall cobwebs
-Tightening sink faucets
-Wasp nest removal
-Window and screen cleaning
-Yard clean up
-& more (just ask to see if additional services would be included)
